Assistant Manager

Jersey Mike's Subs is a renowned food and beverage brand known for our authentic taste and craveability factor. Our delicious subs, served Mike's Way with fresh ingredients and the perfect blend of seasonings, have earned us a loyal customer base. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing in-store operations alongside the General Manager.

Requirements :

  • Ability to work a 45-hour week
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
  • Organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations towards store improvements and employee development

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide quality customer service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction
  • Build trust with employees and create an atmosphere of teamwork
  • Complete daily tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and maintaining a clean and fun business environment while meeting store sales goals
