job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOwn the setup, operation, and upkeep of KBA 105 / 106 six- and seven-color 40-inch sheetfed presses. Continuously monitor print quality and registration, making adjustments as needed. Troubleshoot issues quickly to keep production flowing and waste low. Coordinate with production teammates to hit schedules and quality targets. Maintain a tidy, well-organized work environment and follow safety protocols. Minneapolis, MN 55428 2nd shift, four 10-hour days Mon–Thu, 2 PM–12 AM High school diploma or equivalent; technical print training is beneficial. Demonstrated experience operating lithographic presses or similar equipment. Deep understanding of offset printing processes and press mechanics. Detail orientation and strong problem-solving capability. Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed. Clear communicator with a positive attitude. Willing to work overtime as production requires. Troubleshooting Skills Knowledge of Large Format Graphics Packaging Experience Machine Setups for Production Runs Excellent Communication Skills Sheet Fed Offset Printing Offset Lithography Large Format Printing Equipment (including KBA 105 / 106 platforms)
