Position Summary

Within the framework of the Global IT organization objectives, this role oversees IT infrastructure, systems administration, and end-user support activities for the Miami site and potentially broader US support scope. Acts as the main point of contact between the business functions in Miami and the global IT support and infrastructure teams and external service providers. Focused on ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT operations that enable business continuity and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management

• Provide input to and lead implementation of local and regional IT infrastructure and support strategies in line with corporate objectives and standards.
• Lead and mentor a local IT support team, ensuring operational excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment with global IT policies.
• Manage relationships with global infrastructure teams and third-party vendors to ensure delivery according to agreed SLAs.
• Act as a business partner to local leadership, ensuring IT solutions address business needs effectively and efficiently.
• Lead the local IT team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and alignment with global IT objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the management of IT support services, serving as the focal point for local company leadership and global VIP leaders, ensuring high-quality service and proactive communication.
