We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting / HR Clerk to join our team. This dual-role position plays a vital part in keeping our financial and human resources operations running smoothly.
Compensation : $16 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Prepare all financial statements and bank reconciliations
- Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely manner
- Bookkeeping : Enter data, maintain records and produce financial reports
- Process payroll to provide payment to employees on time
- Also responsible to maintain all HR files and process all personnel documentation
Qualifications :
Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systemsCandidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or similar fieldAt least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related positionStrong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbout Company
