Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Livingston, NJ, and surrounding areas. This role involves both in-home and telehealth sessions, requiring travel to client homes. Candidates must be licensed as an LBA in New Jersey. Familiarity with Rethink is preferred.

This is more than a therapy role its an opportunity to grow as a leader in ABA services. The BCBA will have a chance to take on leadership responsibilities, contribute to program development, and participate in profit sharing as part of our commitment to rewarding staff contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs for children with ASD and other developmental needs.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians.
  • Collaborate with families to enhance understanding and engagement in treatment.
  • Maintain thorough, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
  • Provide culturally responsive, goal-driven care.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
  • BCBA certification.
  • NJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
  • Experience providing ABA therapy to children with ASD or related developmental conditions.
  • Proficiency in behavior analysis techniques, parent education, and behavior management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client homes.
  • Familiarity with Rethink is a plus.
