Purpose :
Trains with an experience service technician for a year to learn how to perform basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and / or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Learns and performs basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment as well as established Agriculture Management Solution (AMS) products
- Participates in Service EDUCATE Training Programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
- Learns knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
- Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
- Accounts for all time and all material used in performing assigned duties

Pay Information :
The hourly pay range for this position is $17 to $22. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base hourly wage for this role. Based on factor such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
Monday - Friday : 7 am to 5 pm
Saturday : 7 am to 12 pm (rotation)
