We are implementing a Digital Transformation across the sector and enterprise which will enable us to achieve faster product and service acquisition timelines, better access to data by engineers and manufacturers, and actionable, reusable information for decision makers at all levels. This will be a remote position geographically located to align with strategic NGDS sites across the US. Primary responsibilities include invoicing, Transportation and Logistics, Supplier Onboarding, and Supply Chain Risk. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience with Ryder preferred. Core Responsibilities include : managing supply chain related operations and / or compliance, strategic direction and tactical execution of governance, supplier administration, supplier risk management, transportation and logistics support, and support development and execution of solutions for digitalizing supply chain across the enterprise. Basic Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience, Master's degree with 2 years' experience or a High School diploma / equivalent with 9 years' of experience in Business Administration / Management, Supply Chain Management, Organization Effectiveness, Project Management, Training or related industry experience. Preferred Qualifications include experience executing in an environment that leveraged advanced digital tools and capabilities, understanding of the internal organization and culture, digital trends and developments that are impacting Supply Chain and the industry more broadly, the competitive landscape, market trends, and stakeholder needs, and ability to coach others throughout the organization to manage key elements of the transformation.
