Responsibilities :
- Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring all documentation is accurately filed and accessible.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in compliance with organizational standards.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Coordinate and manage email communications, responding promptly and professionally.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to support administrative tasks.
- Handle travel expense reporting and related administrative functions.
- Provide support for contract administration, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive legal information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.
- Support policy administration and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
- Proven experience in administrative assistance or legal support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and forms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of legal processes and terminology is highly desirable.
