Responsibilities
Design and drive a compelling total compensation strategy that supports organizational growth and attracts top talentStay ahead of the curve by researching trends and benchmarking benefits to ensure we remain competitive in the marketEmpower leadership with insights by analyzing benefit options and projecting future costs to support smart, strategic decisionsChampion compliance by staying up to date with evolving federal, state, and local laws—ensuring our programs are always audit-readyBe the go-to expert for employees, providing clear guidance and timely support on all benefit-related questions and concernsLead with compassion as you manage employee leave programs including FMLA, short- and long-term disability, ensuring a smooth experience during challenging timesBuild strong partnerships with benefit providers to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service for our employeesKeep finances on track by reviewing and approving benefits billing, ensuring accuracy and cost-efficiencyDrive decision-making with data—compile reports that identify trends, surface insights, and help shape future benefit strategiesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (required)Minimum 5 years' experience in compensation and / or benefits management, preferably in a multi-state healthcare organization1–3 years of supervisory or management experience (preferred)Professional certifications such as CEBS, CBP, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP (highly desired)Strong knowledge of benefit and compensation laws, policies, and proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and experience with HRIS and benefits platforms$100,000 - $115,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
