Key responsibilities :

Accounts Payable - entering Invoices to be paid in our internal AP software system.
Daily Deposits - running through our onsite check system and applying the payments to our invoices through our internal AR software system
Process EFT and wire payments
Approving all company credit card expense transactions
End-of-Month closing procedures and General Ledger booking
Processing Billing Change Forms for write-offs when needed
Contacting Vendors as needed to resolve any issues
Oversee and maintain our Accounts Receivable Aging Report and contact customers for payment as needed
Answering Phones as needed

Role requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently

Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures
