Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote positive behavioral changes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and evidence-based practices.
- Implement and monitor behavioral interventions in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay current with developments in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and special education.
Qualifications
Master's Degree or PhD in special education, psychology, or behavioral sciences.Current Behavior Analyst certification from the BACB or QABA.State License to practice as a Behavior Analyst (per state req).Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and methodologies.Strong skills in data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisionsExperience with patient assessment processes and diagnostic evaluationsKnowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient confidentiality and medical documentation.Familiarity with special education practices, particularly for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.Ability to understand medical terminology related to behavioral health.Competence in maintaining organized medical records for effective patient management.JOB TYPE : Full Time
PAY : $75 - $85PH
