Key Responsibilities :

Conduct data collection and analysis to support internal reports and presentations

Analyze budget vs. actual results, identifying major variances and trends

Prepare monthly financial summaries including P&L and key performance indicators

Assist in the creation of presentation materials for monthly business reviews and HQ reporting

Collaborate on internal projects, including new business initiatives

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or related field

2-3 years of relevant experience in Finance or FP&A

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP or other ERP experience is a plus

Ability to read and interpret P&L and financial statements

Solid analytical skills and strong numerical reasonings

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Bilingual in English and Korean required

The base salary for this position is between $56,000.00 and $70,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical / dental / vision insurance, life insurance, PTO / FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
