Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced (7+ Years) and highly skilled SAP S / 4HANA Functional Consultant specializing in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. This role is crucial for our ongoing S / 4HANA implementation and requires deep expertise in standard OTC, as well as complex functionalities specific to the pharmaceutical industry, including Affiliated Intercompany (AIC), Process Flow Fulfillment (PFF), and Tolling. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert who can translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and guide the project team through design, configuration, and deployment within a regulated GxP environment.

Key Responsibilities

S / 4HANA Implementation : Lead and participate in full-cycle S / 4HANA implementation projects, particularly within the OTC and logistics areas.

Business Process Analysis : Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, leading fit-to-standard workshops and identifying gaps for complex requirements in a pharmaceutical manufacturing context.

Standard OTC Expertise : Design, configure, and implement core OTC processes in S / 4HANA, covering the full sales cycle from sales order creation to billing and credit management.

AIC Functionality : Configure and manage advanced intercompany processing within S / 4HANA. This includes managing complex intercompany billing scenarios, transfer pricing, and master data setup (Business Partners) for affiliated entities.

PFF Expertise : Implement and optimize Process Flow Fulfillment, a core pharmaceutical process. This involves configuring and managing the precise and regulated steps required for product fulfillment, including material staging, production, and quality checks.

Tolling / Outsourced Manufacturing : Manage and configure the Tolling process, where manufacturing is outsourced to a third party. This includes managing inventory transparency, tracking materials provided to the toll manufacturer, and handling the billing for value-added services.

Pharma Industry Experience : Leverage prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry to ensure all solutions comply with regulatory requirements such as GxP.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other functional teams (e.g., FI / CO, MM, QM, eWM) and technical teams (ABAP, Fiori) to ensure seamless process integration.

Solution Design and Testing : Create functional and technical specifications for custom developments, lead testing activities (unit, integration, and user acceptance), and ensure high-quality, validated solutions.

Support and Training : Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop training materials to ensure user adoption.

Methodology : Drive end-to-end solution delivery using SAP Activate methodology, ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least two full-cycle S / 4HANA implementations.

OTC Mastery : Proven, in-depth expertise in the core SAP OTC (Sales and Distribution) module, including configuration, master data, pricing, and billing.

Specialized Expertise : Strong, hands-on experience implementing and configuring complex pharmaceutical-related functionalities, including :

Affiliated Intercompany (AIC) : In-depth knowledge of managing sales and purchases between affiliated companies.

Process Flow Fulfillment (PFF) : Experience with regulated, step-by-step fulfillment processes.

Tolling / Outsourced Manufacturing : Expertise in configuring logistics and financial aspects of outsourced production.

Industry Knowledge : Previous implementation experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a significant advantage, particularly with GxP compliance.

Technical Skills : Familiarity with modern S / 4HANA features, including SAP Fiori apps, Business Partner synchronization, and Embedded Analytics.

Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear solutions.

Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Education and Certifications : A Bachelor's degree is required. SAP S / 4HANA certification in a relevant module (e.g., Sales or Logistics) is preferred."""
