Job Title : Urologist Location : Beaumont, TX Compensation : Starting at $500,000 annually Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Urologist to join our healthcare team in Beaumont, TX. Key Responsibilities : Patient Care : Deliver high-quality urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various urological conditions. Perform both minor and major urological procedures, utilizing advanced techniques and technologies. Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations and assessments. Clinical Services : Provide outpatient consultations and follow-up care in a state-of-the-art clinic. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Offer guidance and education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options. Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications : Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in Urology. Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Texas (or eligibility to obtain). Proven experience in performing a range of urological procedures.
