ION Procedure

Description :

This position involves working two 8-hour shifts and two 10-hour shifts, both starting at 06 : 30.

A minimum of one year of experience is required, but first-time travelers are accepted.

The patient population includes adults to geriatrics.

The nurse will administer conscious sedation and monitor patients during procedures.

Staffing ratio is approximately 1 : 2.

The unit operates with three rooms and has an average daily census of 20 patients.

The facility utilizes specific systems for medication management and charting.

Scrub color required is royal blue.

There is a requirement for 1-2 shifts of on-call duty per week and at least one weekend shift every month.

If major holidays occur during the assignment period, the nurse is expected to work at least two of them.

Travelers must comply fully with all requirements to ensure a timely start.

Compliance documents are due by the specified deadline.

References from supervisory roles are preferred at the time of submission.

Time off requests are limited to a maximum of 7 days.

No holiday time off requests can be made during assignments that cover major holidays.
