Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)

Location : Penn Yan, NY (Finger Lakes Region)

Compensation : $225,000 - $300,000 + Incentives

Position Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Essential Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
  • Develop and maintain long-term patient relationships
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Utilize modern EMR systems for patient care documentation
  • Contribute to practice growth and community health initiatives

    • Required Qualifications

  • MD / DO with Board Certification / Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active or eligible for New York State medical license
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based medicine
