Description

We are seeking a Senior Substation Protection and Controls Engineer to join our growing Rochester, NY team.

The Senior Substation Protection and Controls Engineer is required to work within a multi-discipline team to develop efficient and reliable Protection & Control systems. The incumbent will coordinate their design activities to maintain project schedules and ensure successful project completion. The incumbent will also assist the Estimating Team in preparation of estimates and project proposals.

Aside from engineering duties, we are looking for the incumbent to be able to provide a presence to our area clients. We are looking for someone to be our face to the client. Significant client face time and interaction is required. A strong business sense would be beneficial.

This position is accountable to provide design activities in accordance with applicable codes and standards, including our policies and procedures, such as Safety, Environmental, Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
