Machine Operator

About Us :

We are a leading manufacturer of plastic products seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to ensure high-quality production while maintaining safety and operational standards. This position plays a vital role in supporting production goals and maintaining efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

Position Overview :

The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and assisting with rework as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow established procedures, and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate machines according to Detailed Work Instructions (DWI) and production schedules.
• Inspect and process parts to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Accurately complete the Operator Production Sheet (Form FPR-01).
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machines as required.
• Assist in reworking and repacking parts under supervisor direction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including production areas, break rooms, restrooms, and grounds.
• Observe scheduled break times, including travel time to and from work areas.
• Maintain professional and respectful relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and management.
• Provide break coverage for other operators as directed.
• Meet daily production targets and follow all OJT / DWI instructions for assigned parts.

Qualifications :

Schedule & Pay :

1st Shift : $16.50 / hour

2nd & 3rd Shifts : $17.00 / hour
