job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDeliver high-quality emergency medicine care to patients during assigned shifts Manage patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within the emergency department Collaborate with attending physicians and healthcare staff as needed Handle cases independently when resident supervision is not required Adhere to all clinical protocols and hospital policies Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner required Emergency Medicine board certification required Must have a current and unrestricted Michigan NP license at time of clear (IMLC not accepted) ACLS and ATLS certifications required Minimum two years of recent emergency department experience required DEA required (verbal confirmation at name clear) Must be local to Michigan and able to provide address at time of presentation Clean background required for credentialing Emergency / Temp privileges available Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities Travel the United States and see new places.
