SUMMARY : \n\nUnder the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager / Director (or designee) implements, supervises and evaluates the nursing care of each patient undergoing an emergency until the patient is stabilized or transitioned to the appropriate level of care. Baccalaureate in Nursing preferred.2. Must have current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island.3. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients throughout the life span, with consideration of aging processes, human development stages and cultural patterns in each step of the care process.UNIT SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS : Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of RI. BSN preferredCertified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) preferred.Minimum three years of current clinical experience in critical care nursing, including responding to cardiac arrests and clinical emergencies, in a hospital setting required.WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : 1. Visual and aural ability to monitor patient status.2. Physical ability to assist in lifting and positioning patients.3. Exposed to patient care environment.4.
