• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide exceptional care.\n
• Collaborating with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.\n
• Offering preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.\n
• Coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and providing education.\n
• Overseeing the work of licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.\n\nAs a Registered Nurse, you will work within the scopes and standards of nursing practice, adhering to guidelines set forth by the American Nurses Association.\n\nQualifications\n
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is preferred, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing highly desired.\n
• Valid, unencumbered RN license in the State Board of Nursing where you will be practicing nursing, or possess multistate licensure if applicable.\n
