Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing all marketing strategies that support Home Remodeling Pros' growth goals. This includes overseeing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, brand strategy, lead generation, content creation, events, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical - able to develop big-picture strategy while executing detailed plans that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Brand Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with company goals for lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
- Strengthen and maintain the company's brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Social Media Content
Lead social media strategy and daily content creation on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.Create and manage a content calendar featuring project spotlights, before / after transformations, client testimonials, team highlights, and industry trends.Oversee video and photo production for marketing campaigns, website content, and social media.Events Community Engagement
Plan and promote events such as showroom grand openings, home shows, workshops, and community partnerships.Build relationships with local media, community organizations, and influencers to expand brand reach.Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing management, ideally in home improvement, construction, or related industries.Proven success in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.Strong skills in social media strategy, content creation, and storytelling.Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A creative, results-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
