We are currently looking for an experienced and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join a hospital near Pryor. In this role, you will provide outstanding care to patients facing medical and traumatic emergencies, collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care.\n\nNew grads encouraged to apply!\n\nSummary\n

• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
• Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment\n
• Perform initial assessments, triage, and treatment of patients with medical and traumatic emergencies\n
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education\n\nRequirements\n
• Current RN license in the state of Montana\n
• Experience in an emergency department or critical care setting preferred\n
• BLS certification required\n
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills\n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care needs
