Headquartered in Los Angeles, they have a branch office in New York, and partner offices in Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, Canada, and agents in 116 countries. They are searching for a Warehouse Manager.
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods in a logistics warehouse. The role ensures productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes run smoothly, safely, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :
Warehouse Operations :
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.
- Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and staff.
- Coordinate with transportation teams for the timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
Inventory Management :
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.Implement and oversee cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.Address inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately.Team Management :
Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff (including pickers, packers, loaders, forklift operators, etc.).Ensure staffing levels are adequate for daily operational needs.Promote a positive, productive work environment.Health & Safety Compliance :
Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, standards, and regulations.Enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of goods.Conduct safety drills and training regularly.Process Improvement :
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Implement lean warehouse practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Reporting :
Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, KPIs, and stock movement.Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks.System Management :
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor inventory and workflow.Collaborate with IT and operations to troubleshoot system issues and improve digital processes.Requirements :
Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a logistics or supply chain environment.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with health and safety standards and legal regulations.Forklift certification (preferred but not required).Compensation : Commensurate with Experience, Benefits, PTO, 401(k).
