Base pay range

$120,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

Job Details

Responsibilities

Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts for projects ranging from $5M–$100M+.

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals.

Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents to develop accurate scopes.

Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Collaborate with project managers and executives on bid strategies and value engineering.

Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

8+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor or construction management firm.

Strong background in commercial, industrial, healthcare, or multifamily projects.

Proficiency with estimating software (Timberline, Sage, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar).

Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and costs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
