Make a Difference as a Direct Care and Emotional Support Coach!

Are you someone who enjoys meaningful work and connecting with others in a real way? We're looking for a positive, dependable, and engaging person to support a vibrant 32-year-old man on the Autism Spectrum in Lititz, PA . He has a big personality, a love of music and fun, and thrives with the right person by his side to help him build skills, feel confident, and live life on his terms.

What makes this role special?

This is far from a typical desk job. Youll spend your time supporting someone in daily life activities, visiting favorite spots in the community, sharing laughs over music, or enjoying quiet moments and conversation. Some days are active and social; others are relaxed and focused on one-on-one support. Your presence will help him grow more independent, develop new skills, and feel understood and valued.

What were looking for :

  • You have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Youre patient, consistent, and able to stay calm in challenging moments.
  • You can follow behavior support plans and work collaboratively with his team and family.
  • Youre reliable and bring positive energy to your work.

    • Bonus if you :

  • Have experience supporting individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Enjoy music or play an instrumenthe loves to sing and jam!
  • Like being out and about in the community and a nature lover is a plus!

    • Qualifications (must meet at least one) :

  • A Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or Gerontology.
  • Certifications like BCaBA, RBT, or NADD.
