Restaurant Shift Manager at Noodles & Company — join our team to lead, coach, and deliver uncommonly good guest experiences in a fast casual setting.
What You'll Do
As a Shift Manager, you'll help create an uncommonly good experience for every guest by leading the team, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth shift operations.
- Lead and coach team members to deliver energetic, friendly service.
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards; drive a culture of safety and compliance.
- Recognize and celebrate team achievements during each shift.
- Delegate responsibilities to ensure every guest's expectations are exceeded.
- Own opening, middle, or closing shift routines and set the next shift up for success.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service and effective communication.
- Meet physical requirements of the role (standing, bending, twisting, reaching; lifting up to 55 pounds) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications as required by local, state, and federal regulations.
- Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
