Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year work experience with individuals and / or children with disabilities required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge in the modifications, adaptation, and use of specialized equipment
- General knowledge of computer use and programs required
Responsibilities :
Ability to support individuals in ODCs Day Services programming by providing life-enhancing activities that incorporatedaily living skillscommunity and social awarenessleisure, recreational and educational activitiesAbility to perform personal cares in a discreet, respectful manner (i.e. : toileting, eating, mobility, behaviors)Ability to creatively problem solve as needs arise for individuals in house or in the communityThis position requires a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.Reliable vehicle (unless determined exempt with HR)Benefits :
