Reporting to the Sr. Director Client Success, the responsibilities of the Field Performance Manager, Texas Region (Automotive SaaS) include developing close relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key decision makers, educating clients on the current suite of products, and maximizing account potential. The position requires 80% travel.
Responsibilities
- Drive Affinitiv and Dealer initiatives to engage and grow the existing book of business.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your book of business and escalate issues to the manager as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key decision makers and expand product use.
- Ensure successful delivery of software solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
- Conduct training and communicate product knowledge effectively.
- Forecast and track key account metrics for both the client and Affinitiv management.
- Identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory; collaborate with sales teams to achieve growth targets.
- Assist with high severity requests or issues and provide swift solutions or escalate to appropriate departments as needed.
- Track and submit expenses accurately and timely; enter details in Concur for review and approval.
- Maintain client in-store visit schedules according to account SLAs.
- Meet or exceed client retention goals, product usage objectives, and client satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
5 years of experience managing a SaaS product in automotive.Proven account management or relevant experience in Fixed Ops.Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of the organization, including owner, executive, and GM levels.Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication.Dependable safe transportation in accordance with state laws; valid driver's license; ability to rent a car and take domestic flights.Ability to incur and document travel-related expenses for reimbursement.Must be organized and task-oriented.Must be able to visit clients in-store Monday through Friday according to Field Client Consultant and client requirements.Position requires 80% travel.Work from Here
