The Account Management team ensures that global travelers always find the most suitable property for their dream trip, and that hotel partners can reach Expedia Group's full breadth of global traveler demand.

In this role, you will :

  • Grow a segment of the portfolio of accounts by managing them directly or contributing to deepening those partnerships.
  • Analyze business and operational performance to find opportunities for optimization.
  • Handle service delivery for active accounts, communicating technical and operational impacts as needed.
  • Ensure execution of account strategies and shares best practices across teams and regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer account teams, including key decision-makers.
  • Identify and create opportunities to grow customer accounts through strategic meetings and engagement.
  • Understand and communicate customer business challenges, recommending tailored products, services, and insights.
  • Demonstrate awareness of organizational operations, financial impacts, and industry trends, including competitor activity.
  • Support contract processes by learning standard terms, partnering with legal when needed, and contributing to negotiations.
  • Apply product and market knowledge to customer needs, including conducting cost-benefit and risk analyses.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively to drive decisions, close deals, and deliver value across the portfolio.
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions, case studies, and performance metrics aligned with customer expectations.

Experience & Qualifications :

  • 2+ years for Bachelor's
  • 0-2 years for Master's
  • Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience
  • Functional / Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in English + local language of the market(s) where applicable
  • Effective communicator
  • Proficient in sales techniques
  • Portfolio management, relationship account management, upselling, and cross-selling
  • The total cash range (inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target) for this position in West Hollywood is $94,000.00 to $131,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $150,500.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Incentive plan performance above target will also earn more than the incentive target compensation amount. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
