A company is looking for an Insurance Director to oversee client projects and ensure efficient operations within the insurance department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of insurance collectors, supervisors, and managers to achieve client goals
Establish and implement policies, workflows, and procedures to meet project objectives
Monitor client project performance and ensure timely resolution of account inventories
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of insurance billing and follow-up experience preferred
At least 5 years in a management role leading billing and insurance agents
Extensive experience in physician and / or hospital revenue cycle preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
