Financial Reporting Analyst

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst, Stock Plan Services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expertise on the equity compensation recordkeeping system and related accounting guidance

Develop understanding and proficiency of the financial reporting system and assist clients with accurate report generation

Identify system enhancement opportunities and perform testing prior to product releases

Required Qualifications

3+ years of client-facing financial services experience

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

Self-directed and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Strong analytical skills with the ability to improve processes and create innovative solutions
