Location : This position is office-first and located in the Greater Omaha Metropolitan Area, with an office presence at least four days per week (Monday through Thursday). The role may involve some work outside of a designated office location at the discretion of the supervisor. This role supports flexible working arrangements, including a mix of work from home and in-office work. Scooter's Coffee is headquartered in Omaha, NE. The successful candidate lives in Omaha, NE. Relocation is not available for this role.
Description
Scooter's Coffee is looking for a highly motivated Senior Deployment Advisor with a passion for supporting the deployment of new solutions and processes that support corporate and franchisee stores. This person supports the Operations teams and works cross-functionally with all departments to ensure processes that impact operational efficiencies are realized, communicated, and problem solved. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of operational content, communication, creating and updating Scooter's Coffee Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and resource manuals, and the implementation of tests, projects, programs, and company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- On-site operations support for newly deployed solutions at site locations
- Reports out site status updates and analyzes store deployment data for trends and learnings
- Provides comprehensive technical guidance to innovation-driving teams (Marketing, IT, Supply Chain) encompassing activities from site testing through go-live and ramp-up stages of project implementation
- Develop and maintain relationships and act as a thought partner on initiatives and projects across all areas of the organization
- Serves as a subject matter expert, crafting content for communication and deployment vehicles
- Communicates regularly with operations leadership team about operational issues, observations, insights, and suggestions
- Works directly with manager, FBCs, Harvest, Marketing, Human Resources, and all other cross functional groups to ensure communication is provided to intended audience in a timely and professional manner
- Consults on recipes, POS updates, ringing procedures, promotional materials, and other things that have an operational impact to stores
- Identifies gaps in current processes, uses critical thinking to identify root cause and possible solutions
- Integrates new operational standards into existing tools and resources, supports the development of new resources when appropriate
- Collaborates with the training department to ensure updates to the training curriculum
- Provides Ops expertise to key groups including all Strategy Teams, Supply Chain, and IT
- Supports Strategy Team Leads and the ELT in institutionalizing change within the organization
