Responsibilities of a CNA :

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, meal service, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.

Maintain clean living conditions for residents.

Complete all reports and records promptly.

Perform duties in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Handle other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Qualifications :

You'll need a High School Diploma or equivalent and an active Wisconsin CNA certification. The ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential. While previous long-term care experience and computer knowledge are a plus, they are not strictly required. You must also be compliant with state healthcare worker background check requirements.
