Specifications Analyst
The Specifications Analyst plays a pivotal role in facilitating the accurate and timely sale of vehicles retrieved from auctions. This position involves interaction with various internal groups to ensure seamless vehicle flow and reporting. The role requires a proactive approach to managing and optimizing the vehicle lifecycle from retrieval to sale.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate and timely flow of vehicles from auctions to sale and reporting.
- Resolve issues that may delay the disposal of vehicles at auction.
- Manage daily vehicle retrievals and maintain the retrieval rate table.
- Ensure vehicles on hold are not offered for sale and communicate hold releases.
- Resolve auction transmission issues to the Remarketing systems.
- Ensure vehicles are offered correctly with the appropriate customer and category codes.
- Maintain the sales calendar and ensure all sales are reported daily.
Essential Skills
Self-starter with strong analytical skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Resourceful and able to create long-term solutions.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience in managing day-to-day business using web-based applications.2+ years of experience in scheduling, tracking, and vehicle management tracking.Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Strong Excel and data analysis skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with business intelligence or analytics tools like Business Objects or WebFOCUS.Understanding of how information technology supports business processes.Ability to identify and automate manual processes.Experience in the automotive industry and process improvement.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.50 - $34.50 / hr.
