• Location : Hampton, VA
• Duration : September 1 - December 20
• Schedule : Full-time
• Hospital / Inpatient :
• 7 : 30AM 4PM (Monday Thursday)
• Office :
• 8 : 30 am 4 : 30 pm (Friday)
• Call Weeknight : 1 : 4 (7 call backs, 5 admissions)
• Call Weekend : 1 per month (13 call backs, 2 admissions)
• ORs : Provider will only be assigned to one OR / One Vascular Lab during the procedural days
• Clinic / Office : patients per day in office (new patients 30 minutes, F / U 15 minutes)
• Scope : Vascular surgery
• EMR : Epic
• Group : 3 MDs, 1 NP, 1 PA
• Hospital : Level I trauma
• Requirements : COVID Vaccine and Virginia license at time of application
