Position Overview

As an Installer for PremierGarage, you will be responsible for the timely and mistake-free installation of a closet, garage, and office organization products and cabinetry for a given geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Install closets, flooring, garage cabinetry, and other storage solutions in clients homes
• Take precise measurements and explain the process to clients, communicating reasonable and accurate expectations
• Schedule jobs & dispatch crews when appropriate
• Ensure job quality is exceptional in all installations
• Communicate clearly and honestly with the customer, verbally and in writing
• Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Our office follows a casual dress code; however, employees are expected to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• While our general dress code is business casual, employees in client-facing roles are expected to wear formal attire for meetings and events.
• For those in operational roles, the dress code is more relaxed, but professionalism should always be maintained.
• We expect staff members to wear the assigned uniform during working hours.

Qualifications

• Able to lift over 50 pounds
