THE OPPORTUNITY We’re seeking a Technical Support Specialist (Tier 2) to join our Technical Services Department.
This role provides advanced technical support for software, hardware, and networking issues—ensuring that our customers receive the exceptional service that sets ABI apart.
You’ll be an advocate for our clients, solving problems with a “whatever it takes” mindset and helping mission-critical operations stay online and efficient.
