Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Cardiology)

Welcome to Intermountain Health Heart and Vascular-West Park Cardiology in beautiful Grand Junction, CO! If you're passionate about helping people live their healthiest lives, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Cardiology, you'll collaborate with our dedicated Cardiologists and Advanced Practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

  • Practice at our West Park Clinic in stunning Grand Junction, CO.
  • Enjoy a balanced work schedule with 4 ten-hour shifts during weekdays—no call and no weekends!
  • See approximately 12-14 patients per day once fully trained.
  • Care for general cardiology patients, along with some electrophysiology (EP) cases.

    • What You'll Bring

    We believe in hiring people, not just resumes. However, we do expect excellence! Here’s what we’re looking for :

  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • A valid license / certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Colorado (or the ability to obtain one).
  • DEA and full prescriptive authority.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an NP or PA in an inpatient or outpatient cardiology setting is highly desired.
