Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test embedded real-time software for launch vehicle systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and architecture.
- Implement software using C / C++ in Linux-based environments.
- Integrate and validate software in real-time and hardware-in-the-loop test setups.
- Ensure compliance with software engineering standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues across the development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.Proficiency in object-oriented programming using C / C++ on Linux platforms.Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as VxWorks, Integrity, LynxOS, or Yocto Linux.Hands-on experience in embedded software development, debugging, and testing.Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PowerPC, ARM, or RISC-V architectures.Background in real-time computer-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop testing environments.Knowledge of weapon system integration and interface development.
