Project Accountant
This position will be responsible for all billings (both from subcontractors as well as to clients), job cost functions and reporting for specific projects within the accounting department.
The Project Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Responsibilities
- Invoice coding and data entry
- Subcontractor billing and processing
- Subcontract Document Control-lien releases
- Draw requests to Owner (send all information as required by owners such as accompanying schedules, copies of invoices, etc.)
- Assist in job audits
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skillsProven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to manage multiple projectsIntermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word and other Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-taskKnowledge of AIA billings documentationVista Viewpoint or similar construction software preferredProject accounting experience is desiredMinimum of 1-year recent experience in accounting or a similar role within the construction industryWorking Conditions :
