A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure high-quality peer review case reports while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
Verify that all recommendations are supported by clinical citations and that the content meets company standards
Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance
Required Qualifications
Active RN nursing license required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
Ability to operate various software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
