Role Mission : As a Sales Consultant, your job is to convert leads to tours and tours to sales at an acceptable ratio. You will be responsible for managing the customer relationship from the time they first make contact with Esperanza Homes until the home closes and funds. In doing so, you will provide great customer service, be an expert on our products and communities, and uphold the Core Values of Esperanza Homes, a Rhodes company. You will be a member of the Sales Team and have an exciting opportunity to support the accomplishment of our organizational purpose to create beautifully engaging communities.
