Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity exists for a skilled professional with expertise in speech-language pathology within educational settings. This contract position is based in Saint Joseph, MI, focusing on providing vital support to students in a K-12 school environment.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Proficiency in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding special education

Location : Saint Joseph, MI

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement appropriate IEPs based on assessment results
  • Provide direct therapy to students requiring speech and language intervention
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
