Full-Time - 4 / 10's Monday -Thursday, Friday Admin duties

Call : Yes providing backup to the 4 APPs during their rotation; on call includes consults for hospital and rounding when on call if needed.

Clinic Day : 18-20 ppd

EMR : EPIC

Required : IN License or IMLC

Board Certified / Board Eligible

ACLS, BLS (through AHA)

Flu Vaccination or proof of Medical or Religious Exemption

Travel Expenses and Malpractice Insurance are provided.
