Job Title : 2nd Shift Pit Operator

Location : Denton, TX

Pay : $22.50

Shift Available : Wednesday–Sunday, 4 : 00 PM - 4AM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This position is responsible for performing loading, unloading, replenishment, and inventory management tasks using powered equipment in a temperature-controlled warehouse. The ideal candidate is experienced with RF scanning devices, maintains high safety standards, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Adhere to all health & safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and quality standards

Perform all loading, unloading, and replenishment tasks using a forklift, reach truck, and / or pallet jack

Operate equipment and handle products and pallets safely at all times

Use RF scanners or other handheld devices to accurately scan items in and out of warehouse locations

Investigate and resolve scanning discrepancies such as missed or incorrect scans

Assist with inventory, quality, and efficiency investigations and help resolve related issues

Work in a temperature-controlled environment averaging 34°ree;F

Maintain a clean and organized work area with a strong focus on housekeeping

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse or forklift operator role

Previous experience operating power equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jack) is required

Proficient in using RF scanners or handheld scanning equipment

Ability to consistently meet performance standards related to productivity and quality

Physically able to stand continuously for a 10-hour shift (or longer with potential overtime)

Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive manual tasks

Basic computer skills required

Able to interpret operational data to support sound decision-making
