Industrial Sales Representative
Texas | Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission
What You’ll Do :
- Play a pivotal role in cultivating sales from both new and existing customers through a disciplined selling and bidding process.
- Hunt and close new business in manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, oil & gas and other industrial sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Track your activity and results in our CRM
- Crush quotas and celebrate wins
We’re Looking for Someone Who :
Has 3+ years of success in B2B or industrial service sales (painting / coatings / blasting, etc experience is a huge plus)Has strong book of business in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or other industrial industriesCommunicates clearly, listens actively, and can build trust with engineers, executives, and more.Understands the sales process from cold outreach to closeIs self-motivated, organized, and results-drivenWilling to travel Texas regionWhat You'll Get :
