Are you a Certified Pharmacy Technician with a passion for leadership and operations? We’re looking for a Business Office Manager to lead our busy long-term care closed-door pharmacy in Council Bluffs, IA. In this role, you’ll manage a team of 20—including Pharmacists, Order Entry Technicians, Dispensing Technicians, and Billing Specialists—while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that directly impact the quality of care we deliver.

What You’ll Do :
- Lead and support a team of pharmacists, technicians, and billing staff
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, staff scheduling, and workflow management
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry, dispensing, and billing processes
- Mentor and develop staff through training and performance feedback
- Collaborate with leadership on compliance, reporting, and process improvements
- Manage AP / AR activities and ensure billing accuracy
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture rooted in accountability and excellence
What You Bring :
