We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Commercial Director to contribute to our continued success on a global scale.

The Role

As our Commercial Director for North America, you will be the driving force behind regional commercial strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This is a high impact leadership role with a global remit, focused on delivering results in a dynamic and fast paced industrial environment. This role operates across multiple states within the North American region in collaboration with global teams to support Trifast’s international strategy.

Key Tasks

• Lead and execute commercial strategy across North America
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Drive upselling and margin optimization initiatives
• Oversee pricing negotiations and ensure profitability targets are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global regions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
• Represent North America in local and global commercial forums and initiatives
