Key Responsibilities
Deliver visibility into lead generation and conversion, standardizing sales processes and reporting
Create standardized renewal and expansion playbooks, improving account health scoring and churn prediction
Lead and mentor the RevOps team, driving accountability and alignment through effective operating rhythms
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields within high-growth B2B SaaS, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven success in supporting SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
Experience in building forecasting models and analyzing complex metrics
Direct experience managing RevOps teams and contractors
